As your RV rental manager, we will list your RV on our web site & Outdoorsy. While it is listed your RV will get exposure to people from all over the country looking for an RV to rent in the Capital area. We will handle all booking requests and screening questions to make sure we have reliable renters.

What’s in it for you?
FunTime Rentals and the Owner will share a 50/50 split with the nightly rate profit & also we will share the expense of maintenance/repair not covered by insurance. Also 1/2 off storage fees at our location. Share expense for commercial insurance if don’t keep your personal policy. We do the work, you get a check. Ask us about our investor presentation!
FunTime Rentals Responsibilities
- List RV on various rental platforms
- Handle all interactions with renters
- Meet renters for delivery / pickups
- Provide renters with necessary operating instructions
- Clean RV after each rental
- Wash laundry after each rental
- Refill water, gasoline and propane tanks if needed
- Dump and sanitize tanks after each rental
- Notify owner of any damages to the RV
- Handle logistics of repairs if necessary
- Keeping RV stocked with RV/Marine grade toilet paper and sanitizer packs
- Notify owner of all confirmed bookings and payout dates
Owner Responsibilities
- Make monthly payment on RV (If still making payments)
- Provide insurance coverage while RV is stored at storage facility
- Make monthly payment for storage facility
- Provide initial provisionings (Bedding and Kitchen Supplies)
- Notify FT when RV will be needed for personal use
- If not share expenses for the company Commercial insurance, must have your own insurance to cover unit when not on rental.
